Lancel offers a 30-day return window for all items purchased online, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all security tags attached. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury leather goods through a seamless and transparent return process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and certificates of authenticity, and securely seal the box using the provided adhesive strip.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off point and retain your receipt to track the shipment until it reaches our workshop for inspection.
